Departure and Arrival

  • Check-in time will be 3:00 PM on Monday. Supper will be served at 5:00 PM.
  • Check-out time will be on Friday between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM following breakfast and cleanup.

What to Bring (label items if possible)

  • King James Bible and pen and paper for use with devotions and sermon notes
  • Pillow, sleeping bag or twin sheets, and blanket.
  • Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap or body wash, brush or comb, deodorant, etc.
  • Bug spray, sun block, and flip flops or water shoes (recommended for water sports and showers)
  • Washcloths and two or three towels (one or two for showers and one for water sports)
  • Two trash bags for dirty laundry (one for dry laundry and one for wet laundry)
  • Hats are allowed (no straight-bill hats or hats representing cartoons, TV shows, video games, or worldly expressions)
  • $20 spending money is recommended for the Trough (daily and nightly snack shop)

Dress Code for Guys

  • Slickies or jeans (no holes) with colored t-shirts (no sleeveless, logos, cartoons, worldly expressions, sports logos are acceptable) for daily activities.
  • Casual pants/jeans (no holes) with collared shirts for evening services (tucked in with a belt)
  • Long shorts (only allowed for water sports or sleeping).

Dress Code for Girls

  • Culottes (loose-fitting that come below the knees) with colored t-shirts (no sleeveless, logos, cartoons, or worldly influence) for daily activities and water sports.
  • Skirts/dresses (loose-fitting that come below the knees; no pants or shorts) with modest blouses for evening services (no sleeveless, low-cut, tight, or sheer tops).
  • Culottes and dark colored t-shirts (one-piece swimsuit underneath is acceptable) for water sports.

Prohibited Items

  • Electronics of any kind, firearms, knives, fireworks, drugs, or alcohol
  • Megaphones or any other noise-making devices
  • Books, magazines, diaries, newspapers, and games of any kind
  • Any material brought for the purpose of pranking.

  • Cell phone service is poor, but voicemail and text messages will be checked regularly.
